About the Role
The Lead Systems Designer is responsible for transforming client workflows by extracting and organizing tasks that can be delegated to virtual assistants. This role focuses on creating streamlined processes and SOPs to reduce management burden for busy clients.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead live "Work Extraction" sessions with clients via screen-sharing
- →Conduct digital workflow audits to identify repetitive tasks
- →Translate client "brain-dumps" into Standard Operating Procedures
- →Perform Sent Folder deep-dives to find tasks that can be offloaded
- →Audit client websites, social media, and calendars for optimization
- →Set up the "Wing Tech Stack" for secure operations
- →Collaborate with Bench VAs in the office to ensure proper task understanding
- →Manage asynchronous capture channels like Loom and voice notes
- →Serve as the first point of contact for security concerns
Requirements
- ✓Strong business intuition to identify delegation opportunities
- ✓Mastery of G-Suite, Slack, and project management tools
- ✓High EQ and ability to guide executives through intensive sessions
- ✓Must be physically present in the office to lead Bench VAs
- ✓Success Metrics
- ✓Delivery of first functional SOP within 24 hours
- ✓Number of tasks successfully extracted in first 7 days
- ✓Percentage of clients completing shadowing sessions
