About the Role

We are looking for a SEO Specialist to join our team at Wing, a company redefining the future of work for companies worldwide. This role focuses on developing and executing successful SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings
→Perform in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities and optimize content
→Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools
→Conduct on-page and off-page optimization, including link building, meta-tag optimization, and content enhancement
→Collaborate with content creators to optimize blog posts, landing pages, and other web content for SEO
→Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices
→Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in SEO strategy
→Generate monthly performance reports with actionable insights to improve SEO results
→Monitor technical SEO issues and recommend fixes to ensure optimal website performance
→Assist in planning and implementing content strategies tailored to the brand’s audience
→Work closely with marketing and development teams to achieve SEO objectives

Requirements

✓2+ years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role
✓Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or equivalent
✓Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other reporting tools
✓Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level)
✓Solid understanding of technical SEO, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization techniques
✓Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website management platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix)
✓Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
✓Able to work effectively under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
✓Willing to work on a graveyard shift
