About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Support Representative to join our team at Wing, a company redefining the future of work for companies worldwide. This role involves providing technical support and assisting customers with platform onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- →Troubleshoot IT issues such as login problems, password resets, and remote access trackers
- →Provide tech support via phone, email, and chat
- →Help with invoice creation, updates, and distribution
- →Guide customers through initial platform interaction
- →Assist in customer onboarding by creating walkthrough workflows and FAQs
- →Document customer interactions in the CRM
- →Use the client's ticket system to track service requests and feedback
Requirements
- ✓At least 1 year proven experience as a Technical Support Representative
- ✓Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- ✓Strong phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
- ✓Solid organizational and time management skills
- ✓Tech-savvy with familiarity in desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP
- ✓Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (MS Office)
- ✓Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (Google Calendar)
- ✓Proactive, confident, and detail-oriented
- ✓Able to work on a graveyard shift
