About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead sales operations in Riyadh. This role focuses on developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and driving revenue growth in alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and market share growth
- →Identify new market opportunities, key accounts, and emerging business segments
- →Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the sales team and monitor their performance regularly
- →Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals
- →Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients across enterprise and government sectors
- →Oversee proposal development, quotations, and tender submissions in collaboration with pre-sales and product teams
- →Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in IT infrastructure
Requirements
