About the Role

We are looking for an IT Engineer to join Fonoa, a company transforming how digital-first companies stay tax compliant. This role will help scale internal IT processes and deliver outstanding support to our globally distributed team.

Key Responsibilities

• →Build a smooth, reliable day-one setup experience for new joiners
• →Resolve help desk requests and support employees with technical issues
• →Administer and maintain Google Workspace environment
• →Manage the full lifecycle of IT equipment
• →Create and maintain documentation for internal IT processes
• →Manage user access and permissions across internal tools
• →Keep hardware inventory accurate and up-to-date
• →Work with vendors and service providers to evaluate and support tools
• →Build and maintain internal tools and automation
