About the Role
We are looking for an infrastructure engineer to build the platform that powers our AI agents at Giga. Your customers will be other engineers on the team, and you'll create the systems, tools, and abstractions that make everyone more productive and our platform more reliable.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build deployment systems with traffic scaling, scheduling, and pass rate thresholds
- →Create observability infrastructure including instrumentation, logging, and monitoring
- →Develop data infrastructure for training data, analytics, and agent memory
- →Create internal developer tools like CLIs, testing frameworks, and automation
- →Own critical systems end-to-end affecting reliability and velocity of the engineering team
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or backend engineering
- ✓Experience building systems that other engineers depend on
- ✓Ability to balance reliability with practical implementation
- ✓Comfort across the stack from application code to cloud infrastructure
- ✓Experience debugging production issues and building preventative systems
- ✓Focus on developer experience as a product
- ✓Excitement about infrastructure challenges of running AI agents at scale
