About the Role
We're looking for a fullstack engineer to build the product our customers use to configure, monitor, and interact with their AI agents. You'll own features end-to-end, from APIs and data models to customer interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build APIs and interfaces for agent configuration
- →Create analytics dashboards to track agent performance
- →Design conversation interfaces for reviewing agent conversations
- →Develop onboarding systems that translate customer data into personalized agents
- →Make decisions about system architecture and codebase structure
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of fullstack engineering experience
- ✓Strong skills in both frontend (TypeScript, React) and backend (Python or similar)\• Product instincts to fill design gaps and push back on unclear requirements
- ✓Attention to detail while maintaining shipping speed
- ✓Comfort working across the entire stack from database to UI
- ✓Desire to own features end-to-end
- ✓Excitement about building AI collaboration tools
