About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join Giga, a voice AI startup that has raised $61M Series A and works with major companies like DoorDash. This role involves building the product that customers use to configure, monitor, and interact with AI agents.

Key Responsibilities

→Build APIs and data models for customer configuration and monitoring
→Create analytics dashboards to help customers understand agent performance
→Design conversation interfaces for reviewing agent conversations
→Develop onboarding systems that translate customer data into personalized agents
→Own features end-to-end from database schema to frontend implementation

Requirements

✓4+ years of fullstack engineering experience building user-facing products
✓Strong skills in both frontend (TypeScript, React) and backend (Python or similar)\• Product instincts to fill in design gaps and push back on unclear requirements
✓Attention to detail for polished products while maintaining shipping speed
✓Comfort working across the entire stack from database queries to UI
✓Desire to own features rather than just implement given specifications
✓Enthusiasm for building tools that help people work with AI
