Key Responsibilities
- →Lead technical discovery, demos, and validation to demonstrate how GitLab’s AI-powered DevSecOps platform meets customers’ needs.
- →Drive the technical evaluation process, including solution design, POC/POV ownership, and workshop design.
- →Collaborate with Account Executives and sales teams to shape and execute account strategies.
- →Build and deepen relationships with technical practitioners and business leaders, guiding them through digital transformation.
- →Advise customers on modern software development, CI/CD, security, and cloud practices.
- →Serve as the voice of the customer with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
- →Maintain and extend technical expertise in GitLab, DevSecOps, AI, and related technologies.
- →Invest in professional growth through learning, mentorship, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- ✓Experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or similar roles.
- ✓Proficiency with the software development lifecycle and DevSecOps practices.
- ✓Hands-on experience with GitLab or comparable platforms.
- ✓Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and related technologies.
- ✓Ability to lead technical evaluations and contribute to tenders or audits.
- ✓Strong technical communication and presentation skills.
- ✓Skill in building trusted relationships and acting as a customer advocate.
- ✓Motivation to continuously develop professionally.
