About the Role
Glean is seeking a Forward Deployed Product Manager to help shape the future of work through AI-powered knowledge management. This role involves owning the end-to-end success of strategic customers' AI journeys, leading discovery to uncover transformative use cases, and designing AI agents that handle thousands of workflows daily.
Key Responsibilities
- βLead discovery, build, and ship production AI agents
- βConduct use case discovery to identify high-value opportunities for AI across the enterprise
- βDesign, build, and optimize enterprise-grade AI agents on Glean's platform
- βPartner with forward-deployed engineers to rapidly prototype and deploy custom solutions
- βWrite and test prompt logic, configure agent behaviors, and iterate based on real performance data
- βOwn strategic customer relationships
- βServe as the trusted AI advisor to C-suite stakeholders
- βDrive measurable business impact and identify expansion opportunities
- βShape Glean's product direction
- βBecome a key source of customer insight guiding our long-term product roadmap
- βPartner with Engineering, Product, and Design to scope and prioritize features
- βRepresent Glean externally through presentations and demonstrations
Requirements
- β5+ years of experience blending business and technology in customer-facing roles
- βDeep technical acumen with understanding of code (Python, SQL, or similar languages)
- βBuilder mentality with demonstrated ability to go from ambiguous customer problem to shipped solution
- βExecutive presence with exceptional communication skills
- βProduct sense and user empathy
- βOperational excellence with ability to manage multiple complex projects
- βComfort in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
- βAbility to travel 25-50%
