About Glean:
Glean is the Work AI platform that helps everyone work smarter with AI. What began as the industry’s most advanced enterprise search has evolved into a full-scale Work AI ecosystem, powering intelligent Search, an AI Assistant, and scalable AI agents on one secure, open platform. With over 100 enterprise SaaS connectors, flexible LLM choice, and robust APIs, Glean gives organizations the infrastructure to govern, scale, and customize AI across their entire business - without vendor lock-in or costly implementation cycles.
At its core, Glean is redefining how enterprises find, use, and act on knowledge. Its Enterprise Graph and Personal Knowledge Graph map the relationships between people, content, and activity, delivering deeply personalized, context-aware responses for every employee. This foundation powers Glean’s agentic capabilities - AI agents that automate real work across teams by accessing the industry’s broadest range of data: enterprise and world, structured and unstructured, historical and real-time. The result: measurable business impact through faster onboarding, hours of productivity gained each week, and smarter, safer decisions at every level.
Recognized by Fast Company as one of the World’s Most Innovative Companies (Top 10, 2025), by CNBC’s Disruptor 50, Bloomberg’s AI Startups to Watch (2026), Forbes AI 50, and Gartner’s Tech Innovators in Agentic AI, Glean continues to accelerate its global impact. With customers across 50+ industries and 1,000+ employees in more than 25 countries, we’re helping the world’s largest organizations make every employee AI-fluent, and turning the superintelligent enterprise from concept into reality.
If you’re excited to shape how the world works, you’ll help build systems used daily across Microsoft Teams, Zoom, ServiceNow, Zendesk, GitHub, and many more - deeply embedded where people get things done. You’ll ship agentic capabilities on an open, extensible stack, with the craft and care required for enterprise trust, as we bring Work AI to every employee, in every company.
About the Role:
Glean is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own the cross-channel performance engine for digital, turning paid investments into predictable, efficient pipeline. This role partners across Digital Marketing, Demand Gen, Web, Marketing Ops, RevOps, SDR leadership, and Sales to improve performance, experimentation, and revenue impact.
You will:
• Own paid-sourced and paid-influenced pipeline goals in partnership with Digital Marketing and Demand Gen leadership.
• Define and track core efficiency metrics including CPL, cost per opp, and pipeline per dollar.
• Build a clear performance narrative across channels, campaigns, regions, and funnel stages to inform strategy and budget decisions.
• Partner with Marketing Ops and RevOps to make Salesforce and BI the source of truth for paid performance, not just ad platform conversions.
• Define and maintain standard reporting views by channel, region, persona, and funnel stage, and proactively surface insights and anomalies.
• Own the cross-channel testing roadmap for paid, including offers, creative, formats, audiences, landing pages, and journey flows.
• Design experiments with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and sensible guardrails, and partner with Web and CRO on landing page and funnel tests.
• Translate pipeline targets into channel- and region-level spend plans, build scenario models, and recommend budget reallocations with clear trade-offs.
• Establish weekly and monthly performance reviews that align channel owners, web, ops, and demand gen on decisions and next steps.
• Build performance playbooks covering offers, hooks, account structure, bidding, audience strategy, UTMs, tracking standards, and onboarding for new marketers and agency partners.
• Collaborate closely with digital channel owners, web, demand gen, SDR leadership, and Sales, and bring field feedback into optimization decisions so the team is optimizing for pipeline and revenue rather than vanity metrics.
About you:
• 5+ years in B2B performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing with a strong focus on paid acquisition and pipeline.
• A track record of owning or heavily influencing paid performance against pipeline and revenue goals.
• Hands-on experience with major paid platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, with a strong understanding of how strategy plays out in-platform.
• Comfortable working with Salesforce, CRM systems, and marketing analytics dashboards.
• Experience running or partnering on CRO and funnel experiments across landing pages, forms, flows, and offers.
• Strong analytical skills and fluency in turning data into decisions.
• Able to design and interpret tests, not just run before-and-after comparisons.
• Clear storyteller who can turn a noisy mix of metrics into a concise, executive-ready narrative and point of view.
• Systems-minded, with a focus on frameworks, processes, and repeatable playbooks rather than one-off wins.
• Collaborative working style with channel owners, web, ops, and Sales; able to influence without owning every button or every headcount.
• Nice to have: experience in B2B SaaS and comfort experimenting with AI tools to speed up analysis, reporting, and experimentation workflows.
Location:
• This role is hybrid (4 days a week in our Palo Alto or San Francisco office)
