About the Role

Glean is seeking a Sales Development Representative Intern to partner with SDR leaders and Account Executives to learn how to build sales pipelines and engage new prospects. This role is designed as an early-career learning experience focused on building foundational sales skills, supporting pipeline generation, and contributing to a high-energy team environment.

Key Responsibilities

→Generate new business pipelines through outbound prospecting
→Partner with Account Executives and SDR leaders to identify and source net new opportunities
→Research accounts, lines of business, and buyer personas to identify key decision-makers
→Build foundational outbound skills through cold calling, email outreach, and account research
→Support early qualification conversations and guide prospects through the evaluation process
→Practice attentive listening and connect customer challenges to Glean’s value
→Work toward defined activity goals and ramp milestones
→Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to share feedback on messaging and campaigns
→Participate in intern programming, enablement sessions, shadowing, and team events

Requirements

✓Current college junior at a four-year university, graduating in Spring 2027
✓Able to be based in Nashville for the full 10-week program
✓Team-centric mindset and enjoy working in a collaborative environment
✓Strong communication skills and confidence to engage with new people
✓Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
✓Curious, coachable, and motivated to learn
✓Excited by technology and interested in learning how to articulate value to customers
✓Want to make an impact in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
✓Prior internship, campus leadership, or customer-facing experience is a plus
✓Familiarity with Salesforce, Sales Navigator, or other sales tools is a plus
