The Enterprise Sales Team

If you answered yes to these questions then this could be the role for you, are you up for the challenge. We are seeking a passionate, results oriented, sales professional to drive revenue growth calling on Enterprise accounts.
The Area Sales Director: The Area Sales Director, Enterprise Sales is responsible for the development and business results of a team of quota-carrying Enterprise Account Executives. Our AEβs focus on closing new logo opportunities and cultivate relationships and drive growth within our existing customer base. You will join a team of highly motivated, professional, and energetic sales reps that take pride in running consultative sales processes and delivering our vision to a wide base of accounts across various industries.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
β’ Manage the day-to-day operations of an Enterprise team.
β’ Hire, motivate, mentor and provide training to increase efficiency, productivity and skillsets of employees
β’ Ensure quarterly revenue targets and monthly goals are achieved
β’ Maintain accurate and up-to-date Salesforce data for your team and provide reliable forecast information to upper management
β’ Quote, negotiate, and assist sales reps in closing highly complex transactions through the development of executive-level relationships with key prospects
β’ Actively engage in territory planning and opportunity development
β’ Work closely with extended team of pre-sales, services, training, legal, renewals business partners
Required Skills:
β’ 10+ years of experience selling Enterprise B2B SaaS solutions
β’ 5+ years of SaaS Enterprise Sales management experience
β’ ISV/Partner experience
β’ Cloud Security experience a plus
β’ Ability to travel approximately 25% with rep
*Candidate must be willing to travel to the San Francisco or Chicago office on their first day for onboarding.

Below is the annual On Target Compensation (OTE) range for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York and Washington. Your actual OTE, which is inclusive of base salary and incentive compensation, will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable) and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual OTE range for this position for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington is between:$360,000β$495,000 USD
