Senior Software Engineer at Glimpse

JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a talented and driven Senior Software Engineer with 6+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role requires a highly skilled individual comfortable with rapid development cycles and end-to-end project ownership. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop and maintain end-to-end front-end and back-end applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features. - Push complete projects into production from start to finish. - Lead architecture and design of scalable backend and frontend systems. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. - Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: - Minimum 6 years of experience in software engineering. - Demonstrated experience owning complex systems in production. - Proven ability to design scalable architectures. - Exceptional coding skills and ability to ship code quickly. - Proficient in Python, Node.js, Next.js - Experience building with LLMs. - Strong problem-solving abilities and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. - Ability to work from our NY office full-time.
