About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our fast-growing company. This role focuses on identifying and qualifying potential leads to generate new business opportunities and support our sales team in achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media
- →Conduct outbound calls to educate prospects about our Employer of Record services
- →Qualify leads and gather key information to assess their potential as clients
- →Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation
- →Maintain accurate records of all activities and interactions in the CRM system
- →Provide feedback on marketing campaigns and identify improvement opportunities
- →Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions
- →Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads, meetings, and revenue
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- ✓Proven experience in sales development or lead generation
- ✓Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- ✓Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle objections
- ✓Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
- ✓Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
- ✓Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- ✓Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- ✓Knowledge of Employer of Record industry or related services is a plus
- ✓Dutch language skills required
