About the Role
We are looking for an English-fluent PART-TIME Full-Stack Engineer to join GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service company that connects developers from Latin America with global companies. This role involves building and shipping MVP features across the full stack.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and ship MVP features across the full stack (Python backend, React frontend)
- →Implement FastAPI endpoints for data ingestion, metrics aggregation, and dashboard queries
- →Build React/Next.js dashboard components (tables, charts, filters) for enterprise cost views
- →Wire up PostgreSQL data models and write efficient queries for cost allocation
- →Containerize services with Docker and deploy to AWS ECS Fargate, RDS
- →Work directly with the CEO/CTO in fast iteration cycles
Requirements
- ✓3+ years building production web applications with Python + React/Next.js
- ✓Strong with PostgreSQL — can design schemas, write performant queries, handle migrations
- ✓Comfortable with AWS basics (ECS, RDS, S3) or equivalent cloud experience
- ✓Experience with FastAPI or similar async Python frameworks
- ✓Proficient with AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code)
- ✓Can work independently, communicate asynchronously, and deliver without hand-holding
- ✓Experience with OpenTelemetry, observability, or APM platforms (Datadog, Elastic, etc.)
