About the Role
We are looking for an English-fluent Project Manager to join GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service company that connects developers and designers from Latin America with global companies. This role requires exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead client engagement by facilitating project scoping and gathering requirements with internal and external teams
- →Define comprehensive project parameters, including objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resources
- →Develop and maintain detailed project plans aligned with strategic business goals
- →Oversee day-to-day project activities, including task assignment, progress tracking, and issue resolution
- →Enforce project governance and establish clear accountability across working streams
- →Coordinate efforts among technical leads, developers, QA specialists, and operations teams
- →Drive team cohesion through regular stand-up meetings and status updates
- →Maintain high standards of documentation, quality, and knowledge transfer
- →Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- →Manage change control processes and scope management to prevent delays
- →Monitor and report on key project metrics, including budget adherence and schedule variances
- →Create and present executive-level dashboards and project updates
- →Ensure complete project documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, consulting or professional services
- ✓Experience managing complex, large-scale projects in infrastructure, cloud, or data platforms
- ✓Practical knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and traditional frameworks
- ✓Proficiency with industry-standard project management tools, such as Jira
- ✓Success leading large-scale data, cloud, or digital transformation programs
- ✓Exceptional communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
