About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager - AI (Platform) to lead the foundations that power HighLevel’s AI ecosystem. This role is responsible for building scalable, reliable, and governed AI platform capabilities that enable teams across HighLevel to ship AI-powered products faster, safer, and at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define the long-term vision and strategy for HighLevel’s AI platform and shared AI infrastructure.
- →Establish HighLevel’s internal “AI primitives” and reusable building blocks.
- →Design and evolve internal platforms for agent builders, LLM and model management, context and data pipelines, evaluation, observability, and quality metrics.
- →Embed AI ethics, transparency, auditability, and compliance into platform design.
- →Enable product teams to ship AI features faster through documentation, tooling, and clear abstractions.
- →Regularly communicate product strategy, decisions, milestones, and insights to stakeholders and executives.
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record in building and scaling AI-powered products.
- ✓Demonstrated success in leading 0-to-1 launches and driving iterative growth.
- ✓Deep familiarity with AI technologies such as LLMs, NLP, ML models, agent builders, and chat/voice bots.
- ✓Understanding of how AI integrates into SaaS environments.
- ✓Strong track record in leading cross-functional teams in agile environments.
- ✓Excellent product sense, analytical skills, and communication capabilities.
