About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the Operations & Transformation team at Motive. This role involves leading complex, cross-functional projects that support Customer Implementation and Professional Installation Services organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead a portfolio of mid- to large-scale, cross-functional projects supporting Customer Implementation and Professional Installation Services
- →Develop and maintain project artifacts including project charters, detailed project plans, and weekly status updates
- →Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, critical path, and success metrics
- →Manage timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple concurrent projects
- →Partner with leaders in Implementation and Professional Installation to understand operational pain points and define future-state processes
- →Drive end-to-end readiness for new or enhanced services and workflows
- →Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across teams and systems
- →Use tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and other BI/reporting platforms to monitor KPIs and track realized benefits
- →Model best-in-class project management practices and mentor other Project Managers
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of professional experience in project management
- ✓Track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution
- ✓Experience with project management frameworks and best practices
- ✓Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting tools
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
- ✓Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, or similar BI/reporting platforms
