About the Role
We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our team at Gong, a company that harnesses AI to transform how revenue teams win. This role focuses on influencing product strategy through data-driven insights and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- →Present product and customer data-driven insights to product management and senior leadership
- →Build business cases for new product functionality and track their effectiveness
- →Lead deep-dive analysis that will frame product strategy and product roadmap decisions
- →Foster a data-centric, continuous learning culture
- →Design, develop, and maintain ongoing dashboards and their underlying data sets
- →Work collaboratively with product managers and engineers to ensure the right data is generated and collected
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of demonstrated experience working as a data or product analyst
- ✓Degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics or another quantitative field
- ✓Confirmed ability to surface key insights that drove business changes with measurable lift in performance
- ✓Fluency in common statistical analysis methods
- ✓Proficiency using SQL and Excel for data querying and manipulation
- ✓Experience with product analytics methodologies
- ✓Passionate about producing high-quality accurate analytics deliverables
- ✓Experience in creating and maintaining dashboards using data visualization tools
- ✓Self-motivation and proactively going beyond the call of duty
- ✓Creativity and strategic thinking
- ✓Ability to work comfortably in a constantly evolving environment
