Why this role exists:
This role exists to scale our market presence and drive high-quality lead generation. Youβll help us hit aggressive growth targets by owning the entire media lifecycleβfrom strategic channel selection to the final click and conversion.
What youβll drive:
Strategy & Media Planning

Own the end-to-end media strategy across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and DSPs to ensure our brand is where our audience lives.

Partner with the Marketing Manager to translate business goals into high-performing campaign structures and KPIs.
β’
Audit market trends and competitor movements to identify untapped opportunities in high-risk or niche B2B sectors.
Execution & Optimization
β’
Ship data-driven ad placements, managing significant budgets with a relentless focus on ROI and efficient fund allocation.
β’
Measure real-time performance using GA4 and platform analytics, pivoting strategies instantly when data reveals a bottleneck.
β’
Scale winning campaigns while ruthlessly cutting underperforming spend to maintain a lean, high-impact engine.
Analysis & Reporting
β’
Simplify complex datasets into actionable insights through regular performance reports that tell a story, not just list numbers.
β’
Negotiate with media vendors to secure premium placements and better rates, maximizing the impact of every dollar spent.
What makes you a GR8 fit:
Must-have:

4+ years of hands-on media buying experience (Agency background is a massive plus).
β’
You understand the long-tail conversion cycle and how to reach professional decision-makers.
β’
Deep technical mastery of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
β’
Youβve navigated the complexities of regulated or high-risk industries and know how to get ads approved where others fail.
β’
You donβt just "look" at data; you use GA4 and platform tools to drive 10% MoM improvements.
β’
Upper-intermediate or higher (youβll be communicating across global markets).
Nice-to-have:

Experience with DSPs and Programmatic buying.

Creative copywriting skills for ad testing.
β’
Bachelorβs degree in Marketing or Advertising.
