About the Role
The Merchant Lifecycle Team is responsible for the onboarding, training, and analysis of Grab merchants throughout their lifecycle, focusing on developing business strategies that align with our mission.
Key Responsibilities
- →Oversee the whole onboarding funnel for Tier 4 cities
- →Assist the Sales Tier 4 cities in acquiring merchants through several on-site events
- →Analyze processes for the onboarding of Tier 4 cities merchants
- →Collaborate with the operations and content team to provide a smooth onboarding process
- →Responsible for the business outcome for Tier 4 cities
