About the Role
GRAIL is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our Provider Business Unit. The ISR will report directly to the Provider Channel Area Director and focus on driving growth in active prescribers and accession volume within the Provider Channel.
Key Responsibilities
- →Engage ordering providers and office staff to educate staff on Galleri and the unmet need for MCED
- →Use cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn messaging and other outbound communication methods to reach target audience
- →Provide service support for active prescribers including kit supply, implementation needs, and ongoing AI resolution
- →Field inbound leads to onboard new provider accounts
- →Support marketing and sales team to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the lead funnel
- →Customer engagements are 100% virtual, completed via phone and/or video conference
Requirements
- ✓BS/BA degree
- ✓Occasional travel for National/Regional/District sales meetings
- ✓Ability to work with dry ice and handle hazardous materials
- ✓Standing or sitting for long periods of time
- ✓Some lifting (up to 25 pounds) may be necessary
- ✓Ability to travel 25% as required
