About the Role
Superhuman is seeking a QA Engineer to join their engineering team. This role involves building the core internal platform that enables the development and deployment of agents across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and drive the weekly release process, ensuring efficiency, predictability, and low-risk
- →Identify bottlenecks in the release pipeline and continuously improve speed and reliability
- →Coordinate across dependencies, given the team’s position at the intersection of native and web systems
- →Contribute to an engineering culture with a strong emphasis on documentation, testing, and user experience
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of relevant experience
- ✓Experience with desktop applications - Windows and Mac
- ✓Strong experience working with any bug-tracking tool
- ✓Test automation experience and release management
- ✓Strong experience with Typescript, C#, or Swift
- ✓Cares about the end-user experience and strives to ensure high quality
- ✓Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments
