About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven Recruiter to join our fully distributed team at Graphite, a technology-enabled growth agency. You will play a key role in scaling teams and impacting company culture and employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create and track weekly and monthly recruiting metrics
- →Manage recruitment data infrastructure and ensure data accuracy
- →Design and maintain HR and recruiting dashboards for real-time visibility
- →Leverage HR analytics to drive data-informed decisions
- →Create job postings and develop networks with passive candidates
- →Help establish and map the full recruitment cycle
- →Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- →Partner with hiring managers to improve processes
- →Develop strategic plans for sourcing diverse candidates
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience recruiting for technical and non-technical positions
- ✓Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- ✓Excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly approach
- ✓Experience hiring across various roles and seniority levels
- ✓Data-driven problem-solving approach
- ✓Experience with data reporting
- ✓Plus: digital marketing and technical recruiting experience
