About the Role
The Account Executive serves as the brand ambassador for Green Thumb's brands, responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building relationships with dispensaries, and promoting products to increase market share. This role requires a passion for the cannabis industry and the ability to educate customers effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- →Achieve sales goals through strategic planning and merchandising objectives
- →Educate and train customers on Green Thumb brands and product lines
- →Maintain awareness of market behavior and industry trends
- →Develop pipelines and innovative strategies to increase sales
- →Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and business partners
- →Utilize CRM systems to track client information and activity
- →Set proper pricing to maintain sales volume and product mix
- →Follow all sales protocols and state regulations
- →Attend trade shows and industry events
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of sales experience in B2B environment or cannabis industry
- ✓Highly motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- ✓Excellent communication and customer service skills
- ✓Strong problem-solving abilities
- ✓Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- ✓Must pass background checks and comply with industry regulations
- ✓Valid driver’s license required
- ✓Must be 21 years or older
- ✓State badging agency approval required
