About the Role

We are seeking an Art Director, Beverage to join our team. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a background in graphic design and art direction who is driven by innovation, data, creativity, and design. The Art Director will work closely with our Beverage teams' marketing and creative leadership, leading projects from concept to final delivery across various project types.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead the creation of new or evolution of existing creative executions for Beverage Creative initiatives across various channels
→Provide brand, design, and creative insights to external vendor partners
→Collaborate with designers and Creative leaders to initiate creative concepts from start to finish
→Communicate design vision and creative intent via storyboards and moodboards
→Lead art direction for photo/video shoots based on brand-provided creative briefs
→Manage and provide direction for internal designers, outside vendors, and freelancers
→Organize and maintain digital files via shared storage and project management systems
→Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure materials are produced accurately and on-time
→Ensure project outputs meet technical requirements and brand consistency
→Ensure state guidelines and requirements are being met

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree preferred
✓7+ years of experience in Graphic Design and Art Direction
✓Experience managing designers and freelance vendors
✓Exceptional digital portfolio showcasing innovative concepts
✓Experience in making performance-focused ads for social media and other paid media channels
✓Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma
✓Knowledge of AI design tools and project management systems
✓Strong project management and organizational skills
✓Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
✓Ability to work independently and collaboratively
✓Minimum of 21 years of age
✓Must pass background checks and comply with industry regulations
