About the Role
Join Inter's Strategic Projects and CX Automation team, supporting PMO and institutional Customer Centricity programs. You'll help organize, track, and report initiatives that impact the entire customer experience at Inter.
Key Responsibilities
- →Monitor and update the project portfolio in Planner Premium
- →Create executive materials and reports for the executive team
- →Support rituals and workshops with project managers
- →Draft meeting minutes and organize documents for the Customer Centricity Program
- →Track status, risks, pending items, and deadlines
- →Assist with governance of programs and projects
Requirements
- ✓Enrolled in a university degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Systems, Advertising, Design, or related fields
- ✓Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Intermediate English proficiency (desirable)
- ✓Basic Tableau knowledge (desirable)
- ✓Project management knowledge and tools experience (desirable)
- ✓PowerPoint skills (desirable)
