About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join GridUnity, an industry leader in interconnection life cycle management. You will play a critical role in designing, building, and scaling our cloud-based SaaS platform, acting as a technical leader and mentor within the engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the design, development, and delivery of high-scale, data-driven applications across the full stack
- →Mentor and guide engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and pairing sessions
- →Champion engineering best practices in scalability, reliability, observability, and security
- →Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teammates to translate business needs into solutions
- →Influence system architecture decisions and lead high-impact technical initiatives
- →Ensure privacy, security, and accuracy of critical datasets
- →Introduce new tools, workflows, and approaches to improve software delivery
- →Contribute thought leadership to support product and technology strategy
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of professional software development experience, including 3+ years in senior-level roles
- ✓Proven leadership skills in mentoring junior engineers and driving team-wide improvements
- ✓Strong experience building and scaling full-stack applications
- ✓Professional experience with technologies like Node.js, TypeScript, Java, Python, C#, React, PostgreSQL
- ✓Demonstrated experience architecting, building, and maintaining production systems
- ✓Excellent communication skills to influence technical direction and align teams
