About the Role
Grindr is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Monetization to join their AI-native platform that connects millions of gay people globally. This role will be central to driving revenue growth by crafting product strategies and leading cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and execute the product roadmap to drive monetization strategies
- →Lead cross-functional teams to prioritize features and ensure successful delivery
- →Design and implement multivariate A/B tests to measure feature impact
- →Monitor key product metrics and optimize user experiences
- →Communicate and present to align stakeholders with monetization goals
Requirements
- ✓6+ years’ experience as a product manager, preferably in subscription-based businesses
- ✓Solid understanding of subscription revenue generation models
- ✓Proven track record for leading monetization initiatives
- ✓Experience with A/B testing, user research, and optimization methodologies
- ✓Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills
- ✓Excellent leadership and communication skills
- ✓Strong understanding of product management methodologies
