About the Role
We are looking for an Employer Branding Specialist to join our growing team. This hands-on, execution-focused role will strengthen our external presence and internal engagement, working closely with leadership, HR, recruitment, and an external marketing agency.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as the main point of contact for our external marketing agency
- →Align on content plans and coordinate content asset preparation
- →Strengthen and maintain a consistent employer brand
- →Monitor and improve company presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and job boards
- →Write and edit content including blog posts, newsletters, and team announcements
- →Proactively communicate with team members to identify stories and initiatives
- →Manage internal engagement initiatives and online/offline events
Requirements
- ✓2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or employer branding
- ✓Strong copywriting skills (English B2+)
- ✓Experience managing social media and working with external vendors
- ✓Basic design skills (Canva, Figma) and familiarity with CMS tools
- ✓Comfortable communicating across departments and managing multiple initiatives
- ✓Genuine interest in company culture, employee experience, and digital presence
