About the Role
The Sales Operations Specialist (SOS) is a valuable resource for Federal Regional Partners and Account Executives at GuidePoint Security. This role supports sales and marketing efforts by managing quotes, opportunities, and customer interactions to maintain and grow the region.
Key Responsibilities
- →Use SalesForce.com to generate quotes, track opportunities, and process orders
- →Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries
- →Suggest creative pricing and payment solutions
- →Serve as a liaison between Customers, Vendors, and GuidePoint outside Sales Executives
- →Develop and retain Product and Industry knowledge, Vendor Resources, and GuidePoint Security Service offerings
- →Develop and maintain relationships with key Vendors and Customers
- →Attend regional forecast calls and perform pipeline analysis
- →Leverage resources and relationships to bring value to Customers
- →Process and track orders with Account Executives, Accounting, and Contracts Departments
- →Analyze information and make decisions that benefit GuidePoint Security
- →Manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
- →Streamline processes and information with other GuidePoint teams
Requirements
- ✓High School Diploma or GED required
- ✓Associate Degree or equivalent preferred
- ✓Must be self-motivated with outstanding attention to detail
- ✓Technical sales/support and outbound calling experience preferred
- ✓Prior experience in CRM software required, SalesForce.com preferred
- ✓Strong multitasking and math skills
- ✓Open to receiving constructive feedback
- ✓Demonstrates good judgment in analyzing information
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office and Internet Navigation
