Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- ✓4+ years of support leadership experience, including 2+ years managing technical support teams
- ✓Strong operational rigor and experience in complex, high-stakes environments
- ✓Assertive communication skills and ability to drive accountability
- ✓Technical expertise with APIs, developer tools, and web applications
- ✓Experience with HR tech, ATS systems, or developer productivity tools is a plus
