About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead high-impact initiatives across the Halcyon platform. This role involves taking ownership of major product areas and driving them from problem definition through launch and post-release optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Translate company objectives and customer needs into clear product strategies and execution plans.
- →Define scope, prioritize effectively, and manage tradeoffs aligned with business goals.
- →Drive initiatives from discovery through general availability and iteration.
- →Measure and report on outcomes, not just feature delivery.
- →Engage directly with enterprise customers and prospects to validate problems and solutions.
- →Represent the product in roadmap discussions, executive briefings, and deep technical conversations.
- →Partner closely with engineering to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- →Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure successful launches and adoption.
- →Identify risks early and proactively drive resolution.
- →Prioritize based on customer impact, strategic alignment, and business value.
- →Operate effectively in ambiguous or evolving environments.
- →Communicate clearly and concisely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
- ✓Demonstrated track record of independently leading complex initiatives end-to-end.
- ✓Strong experience engaging directly with enterprise customers.
- ✓Proven ability to ship impactful features with measurable results.
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
