Handshake is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive operational programs across central functions like Trust & Safety, Pay Operations, Allocation, and Contractor Management. This hands-on role focuses on designing, improving, and scaling operational processes through program management and data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive execution of operational programs across central ops functions
- →Design, improve, and scale operational processes
- →Translate business and operational needs into requirements and execution plans
- →Work closely with Legal, Finance, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Delivery teams
- →Investigate operational data to surface actionable insights
Requirements
- ✓Experience in technical program management, operations, or similar cross-functional roles
- ✓Strong SQL and data analysis skills
- ✓Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously with attention to detail
- ✓Comfort working within operational workflows and translating processes into structured plans
