Key Responsibilities
- →Own Happl’s content strategy end-to-end, building a clear roadmap that drives brand awareness, inbound demand, and commercial impact
- →Conduct keyword, competitor, and trend research to identify high-impact content opportunities
- →Manage the content calendar, ensuring a consistent publishing cadence across various channels
- →Produce high-quality long-form and strategic content, including guides, reports, and thought leadership pieces
- →Write and optimise website and campaign copy to improve conversion and clarity
- →Translate complex product and compliance topics into simple, compelling narratives
- →Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align content with launches and GTM priorities
- →Partner with social, paid, lifecycle, and PR to amplify content and maximise distribution
- →Track and analyse performance across traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics
- →Stay ahead of industry shifts in employee benefits, HR, and AI
Requirements
- ✓3+ years experience in content marketing, content strategy, or a B2B content role, ideally within SaaS
- ✓Strong writing ability with a proven track record of producing clear, engaging, and commercially impactful content
- ✓Solid understanding of SEO and emerging AEO principles
- ✓Experience writing about complex topics such as HR, payroll, compliance, fintech, or B2B technology
- ✓Data-driven mindset, comfortable tracking performance metrics and optimising content
- ✓Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, maintaining high quality and consistency
- ✓Genuine interest in SaaS, HR technology, employee benefits, and AI
