Requirements
- ✓3+ years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a customer-facing SaaS role
- ✓Highly organized and proactive
- ✓Analytical and data-driven
- ✓Excellent communicator
- ✓Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- ✓Comfortable using modern tools (CRM, analytics, AI tools)
- ✓Curious and eager to learn about SaaS, HR technology, and AI trends
