About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join HappyRobot, an AI-native operating system for the real economy. This role will involve partnering with founders and hiring managers to attract and hire top-tier talent across engineering and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles — from sourcing to close
- →Build and manage strong pipelines of high-quality candidates
- →Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define role needs and scorecards
- →Craft great candidate experiences — from first touch to offer
- →Iterate quickly on recruiting strategies and sourcing channels
- →Build scalable processes, systems, and reporting to support hiring at scale
- →Help build our employer brand across LinkedIn, events, and referrals
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally in a high-growth startup
- ✓Strong sourcing skills and creative approach to finding top talent
- ✓Experience recruiting for roles like software engineers, product managers, and data scientists
- ✓Ability to own roles end-to-end with minimal oversight
- ✓Great communication, judgment, and candidate closing skills
- ✓Deep interest in AI, technology, and building early-stage teams
- ✓Organized, fast-moving, and excited about making hiring a strategic advantage
