About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join our team at Harvard Business School. This role involves developing AI-based software solutions and collaborating with various teams including software engineers, data scientists, and machine learning engineers.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop production-ready software solutions that solve real business problems
→Apply software engineering, data science, machine learning, and AI techniques to derive business value from data
→Design solutions, build initial code, and provide documentation
→Translate complex data into strategic insights and recommendations
→Communicate clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
→Identify trends and opportunities to drive innovation
→Manage, coach, and mentor a team of software engineers and data scientists
→Contribute to and reuse community best practices
→Promote software engineering, data science, machine learning, AI, and digital technologies
→Build trust and collaboration by engaging directly with colleagues and constituents

Requirements

✓Experience in software engineering, data science, machine learning, and AI
✓Strong understanding of Cloud-based technology
