About the Role
We are looking for a GTM Business Analyst with a consultant’s mindset to join the GTM Technology team at Harvey. In this role, you will partner in major projects that power global marketing, sales, and success operations. You will serve as an expert advisor in building agentic applications and bespoke tooling that reflects Harvey’s unique position in a rapidly evolving industry.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with GTM to translate business objectives into technical requirements, serving as both project liaison and lead analyst
- →Design advanced automations that drive speed and efficiency across the end-to-end customer lifecycle
- →Leverage tools and AI agents to automate account research and prospect prioritization
- →Act as a liaison between Marketing, Sales, Success, RevOps, and GTM Systems to troubleshoot complex technology issues
- →Manage data integrity, deduplication, and system audits
Requirements
- ✓4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or GTM professional
- ✓Background in consulting or a high-growth tech company
- ✓Ability to demonstrate a portfolio of AI first principles
- ✓Strong understanding of the relationship between technology and users
- ✓Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with BI tools
- ✓Exceptional ability to gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders
