About the Role
We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to partner with our Talent team and help ensure a smooth, organized hiring process in India and the broader APAC region.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage interview scheduling and support adjustments across India and APAC time zones
- →Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver a smooth candidate experience
- →Support in-person and virtual interview days, greeting candidates and preparing rooms
- →Maintain accurate information in Ashby, our applicant tracking system
- →Collaborate with the Recruiting team to ensure consistent, organized, and scalable processes
Requirements
- ✓1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, admin assistance, customer service or operations
- ✓Experience working with Ashby or a similar applicant tracking system
- ✓Highly organized approach and comfort managing multiple tasks
- ✓Friendly, clear, and professional communication style
- ✓Ability to solve problems independently and adapt quickly
- ✓Proficiency in Google Workspace
- ✓Work eligibility: Must be authorized to work in India. Visa sponsorship is not available.
