Key Responsibilities
- →Help drive the future of Hawk-Eye’s cloud tracking solutions, serving as the voice of the user, client and business goals
- →Work with users and stakeholders to analyse needs and translate them into product requirements
- →Contribute to the Vision, Roadmap and ROI of the product portfolio
- →Develop the scope, define and prioritise backlog items to guide Agile software engineering teams
- →Communicate story detail and priorities to ensure team alignment
- →Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Delivery teams for consistency across the product portfolio
- →Write requirements and user acceptance criteria to meet Definition of Ready and validate completed work
- →Ensure operational training, documentation and testing is completed for product rollout
- →Manage and contribute to 3rd line support for the product
- →Ensure product meets targets for customer SLAs and tracking data quality expectations
- →Define success metrics, objectives and key results to inform business decisions
- →Understand end-to-end operational experience and dependencies
- →Be accountable for the created product and communicate product needs with business partners
- →Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally
- →Research and analyse competitors and market to inform strategic roadmap
- →Occasional international travel to meet users and customers
Requirements
- ✓2 years in a Product Manager or Product Owner role managing digital product life cycle with stakeholder management experience
- ✓Experience with AWS or similar technologies and infrastructure
- ✓Experience with computer vision and machine learning technology, preferably within sports
- ✓Experience working with technically complex products
- ✓Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver on common goals
- ✓Client-facing and internal communication skills
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Product roadmap definition experience
- ✓Understanding of technologies used in products worked on
- ✓Experience working on products that combine software and hardware
- ✓Nice to have: Experience managing QA automation and testing pipelines
