About the Role
We are looking for a Support Engineer (AI-First) to join Hedra’s team. This role focuses on designing, building, and running systems that power AI-first customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- →Operate production-grade AI support workflows including routing, escalation, knowledge, and evaluation
- →Serve as the human escalation point for key accounts during complex, time-sensitive, or high-stakes issues
- →Partner with Engineering and Product teams to turn support signals into fixes and improvements
- →Improve LLM-powered workflows with a focus on correctness and safety
Requirements
- ✓Built or operated technical support for a developer-facing or complex product
- ✓Strong debugging skills across APIs and web apps
- ✓Comfortable reading and shipping code/scripts in Python and/or TypeScript
- ✓Experience building durable support operations including SLAs and incident comms
- ✓Strong customer-facing communication skills
- ✓Startup or 0→1 environment experience
