About the Role
We are seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join HelloConnect, a dynamic team in BGC that values innovation and advanced technology. This role supports the FSQC and Compliance teams with data creation, maintenance, and document management for the CA market.
Key Responsibilities
- βMaintain technological data of new and existing Culinary and Supplier SKUs on the HelloFresh ERP system
- βEnsure data completeness and accuracy, reporting any issues to the team
- βFollow policies and procedures as per training
- βCommunicate regularly with the FSQC team on concerns and process improvements
- βOffboard and deactivate SKUs that need to be cut/delisted
- βSecure alignment with other HelloConnect functions
- βSupport Compliance Manager in day-to-day tasks
- βReview and file onboarding documents
- βPerform sanity-checks of documents
- βAssist in preparation of compliance audits
Requirements
- βStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- βExperience with ERP systems or similar database tools
- βAbility to follow SOPs, policies, and compliance processes
- βGood organizational skills for document filing and tracking
- βClear and regular communication with cross-functional teams
- βFluency in English (written and spoken)
