About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Experience Manager for HelloFresh to take ownership of the end-to-end customer experience. This role focuses on ensuring exceptional service for all customers and balancing customer love with operational rigor.
Key Responsibilities
- →Transform customer care from a reactive support function to a proactive experience driver
- →Ensure agents are equipped with the best content and training materials
- →Analyze key performance metrics to improve service quality and operational efficiency
- →Build robust feedback loops to inform product, marketing, and operational decisions
- →Establish effective escalation paths and build processes for cross-functional teams
- →Identify and implement automation to enhance the customer experience
- →Champion initiatives for 'surprise & delight' and thoughtful problem-solving
Requirements
- ✓5-10 years of experience managing customer experience/support teams
- ✓Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- ✓Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
- ✓Undergraduate degree in Communications, Marketing, or English
- ✓Analytical, self-starter, bold, entrepreneurial spirit
