About the Role
We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our team at HelloFresh. This role involves working on both technical topics and value delivery through insights, presentations, and data visualization. You will leverage your extensive experience across technical and business-related topics to drive best practices within the Product Analytics community.
Key Responsibilities
- →Leverage Cursor AI to automate and expand analytical capabilities and insight generation for the product organization.
- →Collaborate with data product managers and data engineers to create reusable data products.
- →Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project objectives.
- →Communicate actionable insights clearly across the organization to drive business growth.
- →Explore and analyze customer behavior and product performance data to detect growth opportunities.
- →Guide and mentor other Product Analysts within the team.
- →Review implementations of multiple teams across domains to continuously improve deliverables.
Requirements
- ✓Extensive experience in quantitative analysis roles, ideally including working closely with product teams for at least 4 years.
- ✓Knowledge of Cursor and AI Analytics.
- ✓Excellent technical skills in SQL and Python for analysis and data manipulation.
- ✓Expert level knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau.
- ✓Experience working with product stakeholders in setting up A/B experiments and interpreting results.
- ✓Excellent communication skills for presenting complex business problems and findings.
- ✓Leadership experience in complex projects and mentorship.
- ✓A change mindset and outcome orientation.
