About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to own and enhance EveryPlate’s core product offering and customer experience. This role focuses on maximizing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and execute a customer-centric product strategy that deepens choice, convenience, and value across the weekly menu.
- →Translate customer insights and data into actionable product improvements, refining recipe variety, quality, and personalisation features.
- →Lead cross-functional discussions to scope, prioritise, and launch product initiatives on time and within budget.
- →Run iterative product experiments and scale successful concepts.
- →Own product performance dashboards and business reviews, turning insights into clear roadmaps and optimisation plans.
- →Collaborate with Marketing on go-to-market and merchandising to ensure strong adoption of new features.
- →Embed voice-of-customer loops throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements
- ✓Significant experience (5 years) in product strategy, growth, or consulting within FMCG, e-commerce, or food-tech environments.
- ✓Advanced analytical capability (SQL/Excel/Tableau) with a track record of turning complex data into product insight.
- ✓Deep understanding of pricing, value positioning, and low-cost consumer brands.
- ✓Proven cross-functional leadership in fast-paced settings.
- ✓Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills.
