About the Role

We are looking for a Program Manager to join HHAeXchange, a leading technology platform for home and community-based care. This pivotal role will manage product lifecycle processes for large cross-functional programs and drive successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop, manage, and coordinate program plans for successful product development and large strategic projects
→Facilitate technical discussions and act as a thought leader during product reviews
→Develop and manage end-to-end project plans ensuring on-time delivery
→Track program performance with key metrics and communicate status to stakeholders
→Build strong working relationships across departments to manage stakeholder expectations
→Partner with project sponsors to define and manage scope, assumptions, and constraints
→Perform risk and change management on all projects
→Drive adoption of product management tools and consistent practices

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related experience
✓5+ years of experience managing large cross-functional initiatives
✓Experience working within a Project Management Office
✓Expert-level communication skills with experience presenting to senior executives
✓Strong understanding of SaaS business model and Product lifecycle development processes
✓Working experience with Product Management tools like Jira, Confluence
✓Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
✓Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal team members
✓Willingness to explore and adopt AI tools responsibly
