About the Role
We are looking for an Engineering Leader to own the technical heart of Hilbert’s AI. You will lead the infrastructure and software that powers our AI Growth Engine, working closely with our AI/ML department to turn predictive models into production-grade enterprise outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the strategy and execution for Data, SWE, and Platform teams
- →Act as the primary partner to the AI/ML department, ensuring alignment between data infrastructure and software portals
- →Design and implement communication loops between Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Success
- →Lead the recruitment drive to grow the engineering organization
- →Ensure SOC2 compliance, security posture, and infrastructure strategy
Requirements
- ✓Deep conceptual grasp of the entire stack, from K8s and Secret Management to ClickHouse optimization
- ✓Experience managing high-performance teams across significant timezone gaps
- ✓Experience managing both high-touch Enterprise custom development and high-velocity SaaS product cycles
- ✓Ability to debate architecture tradeoffs and explain business impact
- ✓Proven track record of building a culture of high ownership, intellectual honesty, and speed
