About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Operations Analyst to join the Care Operations team at Hims & Hers, focusing on optimizing provider engagement and response times. This role involves analyzing workforce performance and marketplace dynamics to ensure timely, high-quality care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- →Monitor and optimize provider response times by analyzing real-time and historical performance data
- →Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking key metrics such as response time and provider engagement
- →Identify operational inefficiencies or coverage gaps that contribute to delayed care
- →Lead deep-dive analyses using tools such as Looker, Tableau, Excel, Google Sheets, JavaScript, and SQL
- →Drive provider engagement strategies through data, feedback, and behavioral trends
- →Collaborate cross-functionally with Recruiting, Credentialing, Product, and Medical Affairs
- →Design and run experiments aimed at improving response time and engagement
- →Segment the provider population and tailor engagement strategies
- →Track and flag high-risk providers at risk of disengagement
- →Cultivate a collaborative team environment
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of experience in operations and/or analytics
- ✓Proven track record in analytical and operations roles within a rapidly growing company
- ✓Strong business acumen and communication skills
- ✓Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- ✓Demonstrated leadership abilities and collaborative mindset
- ✓Advanced proficiency in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualization
